Hey Reader,
Most of us think we are solving the "right problems" in how we build our brand.
Usually it involves developing a better strategy. Better systems. More visibility.
Or just seeking more clarity around the next steps to take.
But what I see more often is something else entirely.
And the work itself really isn’t the issue.
It’s where it’s coming from... internally.
Here's what I missed when I first started out.
You can build something that works and still feel detached from it.
You can follow all the right steps and still feel like something isn't quite right.
And that’s not a strategy problem.
It’s a foundation problem.
And most of the time, we don’t stop long enough to look at it from that lens.
We just keep refining what’s already in motion. Keep pushing forward. Keep moving.
And sometimes, avoidance is easier than confronting what we've been feeling all along.
Yes, it's harder.
That's when successful founders, coaches, and creators start to lose themselves and the essence of their work in the businesses that they've created.
And it's not surprising. Because most advice doesn't focus on the creator.
I’ve been talking about this more on Substack in essays and short audio reflections.
It’s not about adding more to your plate. It’s about understanding what’s already driving it.
